The ‘Boris bike’ – a new London icon is born

It’s not every day that I get to be a tourist attraction – in fact, let’s be real, never.
Well, this afternoon an out-of-town visitor to London took a photo of me as I was passing by Regent’s Park. Actually, I rather suspect he was snapping at the bike I was riding and my being there was purely incidental.  I was on one of 6000 hire bikes that have been seen on the streets of London over the last three months.

As a genuine authentic French restaurant, Le Boudin Blanc has a ‘USP’ that is highly unusual. It’s friendly, it’s laid-back and the waiters (nearly all French) are polite and smile at you! Sacrè Blue. Whatever next?
Located in a narrow street in Shepherds Market behind Park Lane, where once high-class prostitutes plied their trade, this lovely part of Dickensian London has more than its fair share of decent restaurants. But, without doubt, Le Boudin Blanc is the fairest of them all.
