The Merrion Pantry offers chutneys, jams, sauces, oils and spread are all now in attractive bottles and jars waiting to be taken away with you. Using the very best natural ingredients, Head Chef Ed Cooney and his brigade have created a range of sweet and savoury products, all of which will be available to buy at the hotel, throughout the year. Whether it’s the Mulled Wine & Grape Chutney, or the irresistible Merrion Chocolate & Hazelnut Spread, every item in The Merrion Pantry will make it easy to take a slice of 5-star kitchen home to enjoy every day.
The understated labeling in Georgian colours reflects The Merrion itself a listed building. General Manager Peter McCann said “For years our guests have asked if they could buy Chef’s food and take it home – and now they can. We believe the concept of the pantry is definitely making a comeback as interest in healthy, seasonal eating grows.
